With LEONI Mocar we offer single-core cables which are especially used in powertrain and engine systems. Even for sensors with high ambient temperatures they are the reliable connection. The cables are extremely heat-resistant, flexibly adaptable to use and individually specified according customer requirements.

With LEONI Adascar we offer a comprehensive product portfolio of multi-core shielded and unshielded cables. Divided into the areas of application Control, Comfort, Power, Safety, Sensor and Truck the cables reliably fulfill the respective chemical, electrical, mechanical and thermal requirements of their areas of applications.
高压线
Our high voltage cables LEONI Hivocar ensure reliable power supply in the vehicle. The cables are available for shielded and unshielded versions in all application relevant temperature ranges. The materials of the core and jacket insulation depend on the required temperature resistance. The materials used meet the high requirements that are placed on vehicles with alternative drive systems in terms of electrical, mechanical, thermal and chemical properties.

数据电缆与同轴电缆
LEONI Dacar cover both symmetrical and unsymmetrical cables. Symmetrical cables include multi-core, shielded and unshielded cables for data transmission within the vehicle. For antenna applications we offer unsymmetrical coaxial cables with foamed or solid dielectric.
挤塑扁平线
When things get tight our extruded flat cables LEONI exFC are used. Flat rolled single wire and a variable insulation thickness are the perfect combination for wiring with small installation space.
创新型材料
With the use of innovative materials, such as aluminium, copper magnesium, copper silver, copper tin, copper-clad steel and brass in our cables, we contribute significantly to weight reduction in the car. These materials have a higher mechanical strength, mostly smaller space requirement and similar crimping properties compared to copper.
Weight saving
The number of functions in the vehicle is steadily increasing, at the same time the total weight should not increase. The lightweight construction is a key challenge for us. The use of alternative materials to copper conductor makes all the difference here. Especially aluminium is a relevant key factor. The variety of contact designs for aluminium cables is far greater than that of copper wires.
Space saving
Closely associated with the solutions for reducing weight are also products for optimizing space – here we offer not only innovative conductor materials such as copper silver, copper magnesium or copper tin but also ultra-thin single-core automotive cables. With FLUY LEONI launched first on the market a new generation of copper automotive cables with ultra-thin wall thickness, which leads to a reduction in diameter by up to 15 percent and a reduction in weight of up to 1.5 kilograms. The space obtained can be used for aluminium cables and is the basis for a continuous weight reduction.
